Have you ever heard a word for many years and it had one meaning, and then all of a sudden, you realize, there is another meaning. Well this happened to me just recently.

I was journaling, as I normally do in the morning, and the word “proud” came into my awareness. Now proud is not a word that I normally use toward myself, as I have this gut reaction of it being boastful, arrogant, and full of myself (old stories – more on that another time!). Yet, as it settled into my awareness this morning what I realized is, it is more like what I refer to as a celebration, or a win. 

The change this morning was because I had made a choice –  to choose differently with regards to my physicality. I looked down at the scale, and instead of badgering myself and making myself feel horrible (which can often be my ammo) instead, today, I said to myself, “Today is a new day, and you get to choose.” It flipped a switch in me, and I felt so energized.

As you know, I assist mature women who are in the season of transition, to discover how they want to live a life filled with wealth and abundance in every area – a life of Whole Wealth.

Whole Wealth is different for each person (what is most important to me may be different than the list of things most important to you). Once you tap into you, and what is most important to you, the clarity becomes greater and it assists with you choosing and creating the life that makes you feel fulfilled, vibrant, and energized. It focuses you on the journey toward Your Unlimited Life.

For me one area of wealth that is important to me is my health and vitality. I’m not crushing it, and have made a choice to change that, as there is so much I want to do in my life, and time is precious. Health and vitality will carry me far with all the adventures I am planning, which are part of the life I love. My Unlimited Life.
