I received a quote this morning. It is from an anonymous source … “Believe with all your heart that you will do what you were made to do.” It went along perfectly with my thought process this morning.  You see while I was writing what drifted through was the knowingness I have inside and listening to it. What I realized is when I look outside of myself for answers and explanations because I discount my internal knowing then I’m making myself smaller and the shadow of doubt comes creeping on in. I spent many years in very dark shadows never trusting my knowing. Even though it was always my knowing that kept me going. I just didn’t give it any credit. The credit always went to someone else because in my mind they knew more than me even though my heart knew all along that it was my inner knowing that was guiding me through. But it patiently waited for me to be able to hear its song. 

When you are listening to your heart sing you are connecting with your dreams. You are listening to the wisdom that lives inside of you. When you let your heart sing as much as possible and really listen to it life can become magical. It’s magical because you are truly living life as the real you. The you at your essence. You are living the life you were meant to live. Doing this also means you are living full-on out in the light. Zero hiding because there are no more shadows in your life.

Please do not misunderstand, this does not mean you won’t have contrast enter into your life because you will. It’s how we learn, grow, and move forward. But when you are listening to your heart sing you will understand what to do and won’t be in the turmoil like you were before. No category five storm. Instead, it will be more like a cloudy day. For if you are listening to your heart sing you will learn to dance with whatever comes your way.

For me when I’m listening to my heart sing my body feels peaceful. My mind is not cluttered. My breath is calm and easy. I can feel my knowing. I also notice more things around me. Like a tree I’ve seen dozens of times will all of a sudden standout. The songs of the birds in my backyard sound sweeter and more lyrical. I feel full on as me and I become filled with a sense of immense possibility.

I would love for you to take a moment when you have finished reading, to stop and breathe deeply for a few minutes. While breathing only listen to what your heart is saying. You’ll know it. For me, it is like whispered messages. Yours might be similar or it might be feeling or a voice. Whatever it is, it is perfectly you. Have a listen.
